Functional HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
The Functional HR Business Partner's main focus is to contribute to the HR strategy which supports business, deploys HR "products and services", consults to optimize human capital, builds value and competitive advantage through people and gathers long term requirements in order to support the development of HR. You will be a change agent supporting business transformation or organizational change programmes and be a local champion to achieve the HR transformation of the new HR operating model. Besides this, you make line managers self-sufficient in terms of HR and people management, support employee and labour relations to sustain business and will work with HR Centres of Expertise to ensure deployment of global and local HR programmes.
Profile
International exposure is a must, both from a talent development and a succession planning perspective. A background in an operations environment or at a production site, is not necessary, but is a nice-to-have. Dutch language must be excellent, both spoken and written. You will report to the Director HR Business Partner.
